Purchased in February 2026, this original one-bedroom apartment in Carnegie underwent a complete nine-week transformation shortly after settlement. The project was fully managed from concept through to completion, coordinating trades including electricians, plumbers and carpenters to completely reimagine the space.

With a renovation budget of approximately $15,000, the apartment received new flooring, fresh paint throughout, a brand-new kitchen and splashback, a fully renovated bathroom and a redesigned layout to create a more open, functional feel. By relocating the kitchen, the apartment was transformed into an open-plan living space while also creating a second bedroom.

An unused outdoor area at the front was also converted into a charming paved courtyard, adding warmth and lifestyle appeal to the property.

The apartment was then carefully styled with furniture and artwork, bringing the entire vision together beautifully. The final result transformed a tired original apartment into a warm, modern and inviting home, now ready for sale.
